Position: Mandarin Overseas Logistics Officer
Location: Batangas
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 100,000
Industry: Logistics Company
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

Qualifications:
☑️ Bachelor or Business degree course in Customs graduate/ International studies is an advantage
☑️ At least 3-5 year of experience in Sales or Customer service/Operations
☑️ Know – how to prepare quotations and familiarity with the shipping and logistics terminologies
☑️ Understand the factors affecting the flow of logistics and shipping transactions across sales, customer service, operations, and documentation
☑️ Knowledgeable of global shipping and logistics trade trends

Duties:
☑️ Assist the Overseas Business Manager to write emails and introductions and promotions
☑️ Follow up with agents and customers for business cooperation
☑️ Liaise/coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, sales, OBDs, and customer service regarding marketing plan /upselling, suggestions, solutions, etc
☑️ Prepare a development report for each trade lane and suggestions for improvement
☑️ Assist to improve the company's global and international presence by promoting the company.
☑️ Assist to increase the number of working networks and agents across the globe
☑️ Assist to identify progressive and promising logistics agent
☑️ Assist to increase the customer base
☑️ Assist to increase business in numbers and company profitability
