Position: Norwegian Technical Service Desk (PHP 90,000 gross + Hybrid Set-Up)
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)

Requirements:
➤ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write Norwegian and English language fluently
➤ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
➤ Excellent technical and computer skills
➤ BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
➤ Served as point of contact for end users to report problems
➤ Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
➤ Handling incoming queries and resolving customer issues
➤ Perform other related tasks
