Position: HR Employee relation & Policies Consultant
Industry: IT BPO
Location: Mandaluyong
Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set up: HYBRID SET-UP
Job Qualifications
✅ Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource or relevant.
✅ At least 5 years of experience in Labor Relations/Employee Relations
✅ Knowledgeable in HR domains across key trends in the talent & organization world
✅ Knowledge in outsourcing business model and HR processes
✅ least a year Supervisory Experience
✅ At least a year experience in Project Management
Responsibilities:
✅ Manage project delivery while engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at the client site or otherwise
✅ Practice in developing the client base under the offering and work on business development and research initiatives
✅ Responsible in Human resource roles.
✅ Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
✅ Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
✅ Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads.
