Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree in related field.
✨At least 5 years experience in labor relations/Employee relations.
✨At least 1 year experience in Supervisory role and a BPO company.
✨Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
✨Assist in creating and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for everyone in the workplace.
✨prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees and management.
✨Participate in the recruitment process, and conducting exit interviews.
