Position: Mandarin Service Desk Specialist (PHP 90,000 - PHP 113,000 gross)

Requirements of the Job:
➤Proficient in Mandarin and English.
➤Must have IT experience is a plus (MS Products, Networks etc.)
➤Have Technical Support and Customer Service experience.
➤Open to graduate and undergraduate preferably in computer science or related areas.

Responsibilities of Job Application:
➤Frontline support is capable of resolving 70%of inquiries and relevant escalation to the next support levels in the areas of specialization, such as SAP ERP System, Global corporate applications (Service-now)
➤Responsible for providing technical support and answering concerns via phone, email chat, and web.
➤Maintain a high degree of Customer Service for all support queries and follow all service management principles.
➤Record the trend of calls and recognize outages proactively.
➤Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
➤Issuing ticketing numbers to the customers for the escalation of inquiries.
