Responsibilities:
💎Prospect and identify potential clients across international borders, leveraging market research and networking.
💎Conduct outreach campaigns to engage with prospective clients and generate leads.
💎Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
💎Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
💎Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet clients' specific needs and preferences.
💎Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
💎Provide ongoing account management support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
💎Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
💎Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the network and promote services.
💎Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to cross-border sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:
💎Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog.
💎Bachelor’s Degree in any course, preferably in Business Management and related courses.
💎At least 1 year experience in Logistics Management, and Client Relations.
💎1-3 years experience in Account Management
