Position: Mandarin Customer Service Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
💡 Preferably Filipino national fluent in Mandarin and English
💡 Open to native Mandarin speakers with permanent resident visa in the Philippines
💡 Open to graduate and undergraduate
💡 Preferably with Customer Service experience
💡 Good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations
💡 Willing to work on a shifting schedule
💡 Willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
💡 Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
💡 Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
💡 Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
💡 Monitoring and tracking orders
💡 Perform other related tasks
