Position:Mandarin Procurement Specialist

Requirements:
🌟Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferably Mandarin, English and Filipino
🌟Bachelor's degree in any program, preferably Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export Operations, or related field.
🌟At least 3 years relevant work experience in Procurement or similar field preferred.
🌟Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
🌟Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software. (Example: SAP)

Responsibilities:
🌟Review purchase requests based on current inventory and allocation of supplies, materials, and equipment.
🌟Review purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
🌟Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
🌟Negotiate with suppliers and settle on the best possible deal for the company.
🌟Must always be updated on current market prices and look for other suppliers with better deals.
🌟Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
🌟Perform buying duties when necessary.
🌟Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, warranty servicing, and other problems.
