Position: Mandarin Technical Support Associate
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 130,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (Weekends Off)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
✔️ Preferably Filipino who can speak, read, and write Mandarin and English
✔️ Open for Foreign National with permanent visa in the Philippines
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support in any medical related field
✔️ Computer Literate; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
✔️ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle phone, email and chats professionally and friendly matter
✔️ Assist customer in their inquiry regarding medical devices
✔️ Provide first level support in troubleshooting customer concern across the designated product range by analyzing customer problems and asking the appropriate questions to support resolution.
✔️ Documenting concern and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of the records.
✔️ Communication of concern investigation conclusions to customers through written reports and phone conversations.
