Position: Mandarin Sales Manager
Industry: Trading and Merchandising
Location: Pasig City
Salary: Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | Monday - Saturday
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🔸 Proficient in Mandarin and English
🔸 Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any course
🔸 Experience in Sales with consistently meeting or exceeding targets
🔸 Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
🔸 Experience managing and directing a sales team
🔸 Amenable to work onsite in Pasig City

Responsibilities:
🔸 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
🔸 Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
🔸 Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
🔸 Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
🔸 Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
🔸 Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
🔸 Promoting the organization and products
