Company Profile: This company is a Chinese Institution, providing assistance related to government services, representing their country in a foreign country.
Position: Mandarin Consular Assistant (PHP 50,000 gross + Dayshift Schedule)
Industry: Chinese Institution
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off
Salary: Php40,000 - Php50,000
Work Set-up: Work On-Site
Responsibilities:
➤ Responsible for Passport Application processing of the Chinese people
➤ Handling paper works and handles concerns
➤ Ensure all records are maintained as per company procedures.
➤ Receive daily information and needs from employees, allocate resources appropriately, and solve problems.
Requirements:
➤ Filipino nationality or Chinese nationality who have obtained Philippine permanent residence status.
➤ Bachelor degree or above; proficient in Chinese and English, with good Chinese reading and writing skills; those who can speak Tagalog and Hokkien are preferred.
➤ Familiar with computer and daily office operation.
➤ Good communication skills and service awareness.
➤ No criminal record and can work legally in the Philippines.
