Company Profile: One of the Biggest European Multinational Corporate Bank that offers Investment and Financial Services.
Position: Mandarin Finance Specialist (PHP 70,000 + Hybrid Set-Up)
Location: Taguig City
Industry: Corporate Bank
Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000
Work set-up: Hybrid set-up - 60% Onsite (12 Days a month) and 40% WFH (8 days a month)
Qualifications:
➤Proficient in Mandarin and English
➤Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related course.
➤Minimum 6 Months Accounting background CPA is a plus, not a requirement
➤Financial and Management reporting experience.
➤Experience in accounting, audit, or finance gained from Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry would be an ADVANTAGE.
➤Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage; proficient in MS Excel
➤Open to Fresh Graduates but must be ACCOUNTANCY graduate
Duties:
➤Prepare and submit Head Office requirements.
➤Analyze financial statement items for reporting.
➤Prepare management reports such as board pack (including commentaries) and cost reporting
➤Primary account owner of balance sheet items of APAC entity assigned, and ensuring proper reconciliation and substantiation.
➤Prepare bank reconciliation for the company entities' bank accounts.
➤Prepare annual statutory accounts, respond to PBC items, and update the financial statements and disclosures.
➤Calculate and book direct and indirect taxes as required by the entity.
➤Handle ad hoc requests and stakeholder management/escalations
