Position:‌ Mandarin Compliance Officer
Industry:‌‌ Real Estate
Location:‌‌ Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
Salary:‌ Php 30,000 - Php 50,000 (negotiable)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💫Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog language.
💫Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course.
💫Open to fresh graduates.
💫With good communication and people skills.
💫Service desk experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:
💫Coordinate with the foreign and local tenants via social media applications.
💫Assist employees regarding all their issues and emergencies, and escalate concerns to higher authorities if necessary.
💫Interview foreign nationals per site to regularly check on the employees’ condition.
💫Collect and document incident reports and resolve issues for each party.
💫Audit and compile compliance-related reports, files, and contracts.
