Requirements:
🎊Fresh grads are welcome to apply as long as there is advanced Mandarin language proficiency
🎊Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration / Management, Computer Science, or any related course
🎊Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in pricing, finance, and reporting; Background in pricing tools, CRM, and SAP is preferred
🎊Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); Knowledge in Power BI and analytical skills are highly preferred
🎊Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
🎊Advanced Mandarin communication skills required

Duties:
🎊Support Adhesive Customer Engagement (ACE) located in China
🎊Support Asia pacific locations
🎊Support user management in ACE
🎊Handle issues based on available documentation
🎊Coordinate resolution of issues and doing a calibration with the stakeholders
🎊End-user communication for release management
