Position: Spanish Customer Support (Financial Account)

Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 75,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting/Nighshift

Requirements:
🔵 Preferably a Filipino who can speak Spanish and English.
🔵 Open for foreign nationals who have permanent visas in the Philippines.
🔵 At least 6 months experience of Customer Service in a BPO Company
🔵 Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
🔵 Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati

Responsibilities:
🔵 Help customers in Spanish when it comes to updating address or name
🔵 Answer Spanish Customers about rewards using the cards.
🔵 Answer emails, chats, and calls about inquiries on how to use this card for payment
🔵 Answer if the cards can be used to pay bills such as electricity and more.
🔵 Help Spanish customers on how to properly use it and how the charges work.
🔵 Help the Spanish Customers find ATM locations to withdraw cash.
🔵 Answer inquiries about authorized charges, bills, and cancellation of cards.
