Position: Mandarin Sales Manager
Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule, Monday-Saturday
Industry: Trading and Merchandising
Salary: Php 70,000

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✅ Preferably Bachelor’s degree in any course
✅ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
✅ Experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets is an advantage.
✅ Experience in customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people
✅ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills and knowledge of the industry and market trends.
✅ Previous experience in sales, particularly within the
✅ Mandarin-speaking market, is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
✅ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
✅ Meeting planned sales goals.
✅ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
✅ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
✅ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
✅ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
✅ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales activities
✅ Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
