Position: Danish IT Helpdesk Specialist
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)

Requirements:
👉 Proficient in Danish and English Language
👉 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
👉 Knowledgeable in Computer application
👉 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
👉 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
👉 BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
👉 Assist Danish customers with their concerns about a specific account
👉 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
👉 Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
👉 Attend to inquiries from customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
👉 Analyse call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
👉 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
👉 Perform other related tasks
