Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin & English
✅ Graduate of Political Science/Legal Management/Social Science. (Bar passer is an advantage but not required.)
✅ At least 3-6 years of relevant working experience.
✅ Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in English and Mandarin is required.
✅ Working experience or extensive knowledge in contracts and commercial/business law.

Responsibilities:
✅ Act as a middleman between the Legal Department in HQ Europe and our Business Development-Chineses speaking Department.
✅ Serves as a primary contact for Chinese customers in their concerns/questions with regard contracts and responses via phone, video conferencing and email.
✅ Communicate in both English and Mandarin with internal and external customers regarding contractual questions, including translation and implementation of new/modified contract language.
✅ Archiving and docketing (our global) customer and supplier contracts into our Contract Management System
✅ Providing contracts and contractual information from the Contract Management System to the business and the management
