Position: Norwegian Service Desk Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up
Requirements:
💡 Proficient in Norwegian and English Language
💡 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
💡 Knowledgeable in Computer application
💡 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
💡 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
💡 BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
💡 Assist Norwegian customers with their concerns about a specific account
💡 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
💡 Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
💡 Attend to inquiries from customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
💡 Analyse call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
💡 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
💡 Perform other related tasks
