Position: Korean- Mandarin VIP Junket

Location: Parañaque City
Salary: Php 160,000 Net
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (11AM - 7PM, 7PM - 3AM, 2PM - 10PM)

Requirements:
⭐Korean National fluent in English & Mandarin language
⭐Bachelor Degree or Undergraduate
⭐Experience in VIP host or customer service is advantage
⭐With experience in hotel reservation
⭐Willing to work in Parañaque
⭐Willing to work in shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
⭐Responsible for assisting the needs of VIP guest
⭐Responsible to greets all the guest in entrance venue
⭐Assist the guest regarding to their queries and complaints to ensure they needs are met
⭐Communicates all customer feedback to manager and supervisor
⭐Promotes the business by recognizing VIP and regular guest
⭐Maintain the cleanliness of the menu, bill order and entrance
