Position: Japanese Bilingual Team Lead
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Makati
Salary: Php 70,000 - 100,000 (All Basic Salary + Highly Negotiable)
Account: Online Gaming
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with 2 days off
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
✔ Filipino or Filipino-Japanese who is business level in Japanese and with English communication skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any field
✔ JLPT N1 passer/level, Half-Filipino/Half-Japanese
✔ Open for Japanese National
✔ With 6 months - 5 years relevant work experience
✔ Preferably Experience in customer service or BPO Industries
Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze and demonstrate a clear understanding of business processes, services, products, and client profiles.
✔ Monitor the quality of work on team and individual level, Strictly implemented key performance on various projects.
✔ Act as a Subject Matter Expert or QA - Handle and analyze escalation/concerns and provide possible solutions analyze common customer issues
✔ Perform other administrative task to be designed by Management

✔ Pre-Employment Exam (Personality test, IQ test etc)
✔ Initial Interview (HR)
✔ Final Interview (Operations Manager and Operations Director)
