Requirements for the job:
✅Filipino who can speak Korean (Conversational)
✅Speaking Korean language and English language
✅Ability to answer questions from Korean Customers who will buy the luxury brand
✅Passionate and willing to brand the luxury brand
✅Ability to extend customer service to walk in customers
✅Experience in customer service and sales is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:
✅Welcome Korean customers and Filipino customers in the store
✅Answer questions of Korean customers about the bag, watch and jewelry
✅Recommend items based on the customer’s preferences
✅Ask questions and provide suggested items based on customer’s preferences
✅Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
✅Assist customer with after sales such as changes on item color or item designs
✅Helps customers decide the best product to buy aligned with customer’s desires.
