Requirements:
☑️ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
☑️ Highly proficient in Mandarin and English.
☑️ 2 years of experience as a people manager in Recruitment.
☑️ 5 years of experience in Recruitment, with a proven track record in global recruitment strategies.
☑️ Knowledge of budget management with the ability to meet recruitment goals within budgetary constraints.
☑️ Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with various levels of management.

Responsibilities:
☑️ Responsible for ensuring that the goals and KPI for recruitment operations are reached.
☑️ Work together with stakeholders to determine job requirements to meet their recruitment needs.
☑️ Collaborate closely with the sourcing team to ensure that demand and profiles match.
☑️ Keep tabs on employment data, such as cost per hire and particular expenses related to recruitment operations. Make sure there are job requisitions for every open position.
☑️ Weekly status reports outlining employment activity should be given, and local and international recruiting reports should be improved.
