Requirements:
➤ Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course
➤ Fluent in both Polish and English
➤ At least 1-year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
➤ Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages but not required
➤ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
➤ Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong, and Quezon City

Responsibilities:
➤ Accountable for delivering technical assistance when creating applications
➤ Escalate developer concerns to the next level
➤Troubleshoot technical inquiries
➤ Describing the process used to create the applications
➤Perform other related tasks
