Position: Mandarin Procurement Lead
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9AM-6PM

Requirements:
⭐ Proficient in Mandarin and English.
⭐ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
⭐ 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
⭐ Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
⭐ Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:
⭐ Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and achieve cost savings.
⭐ Identify potential suppliers, conduct evaluations, and negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and quality.
⭐ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
⭐ Ensure transparent and ethical selection and pricing procedures.
⭐ Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements.
⭐ Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies as needed.
⭐ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.
