Position: Italian Credit and Collection Analyst (PHP 85,000 gross + Work Onsite)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (Might work during holidays)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💙 Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
💙 Open for Filipino National who can speak, read, and write Italian
💙 Bachelor’s Degree holder
💙 Preferably with experience in BPO Industry or Accounting/Finance
💙 Experience using SAP tools is a big Advantage
💙 Willing to work onsite
💙 Amenable to work on shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
💙 Daily account monitoring and identification of account receivables
💙 Take actions to facilitate prompt payment and to handle refunds and payments.
💙 Resolve billing issues and concerns from the customers
💙 Help to assist customer credit issues and update account status information
💙 Perform other related task
