✅Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English language.
✅College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✅Experience in BPO and Sales is a big advantage
✅Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅Can work in a shifting schedule.
Responsibilities of the Job:
✅ Assist with the inquiries of customers regarding the Software products.
✅Responsible for processing customer orders.
✅Providing and receiving information.
✅Receiving inbound calls and outbound calls.
✅Route customers to other teams who can best address their queries
