Position: Mandarin Help Desk Assistance
Location: Cebu City

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Php 40,000 to Php 50,000
Work Set-up: Work onsite

Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Manage concerns to client phone calls in both Mandarin and English for inquiries and incident reports.
✅Ensuring to keep the details of inquiries and information in the system.
✅Responsible for translating inquiries from Mandarin and English or vice versa and escalate as needed.
✅Prepare reports on weekly and monthly helpdesk performance.
✅Assess important information and nitiate process improvements regarding concerns.

Requirements of Job Application:
✅Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin (HSK 4-6)
✅Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any related field.
✅Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅With HSK certificate is a big plus.
