Position: Mandarin Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9AM-6PM

Requirements:
⭐ Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
⭐ Bachelor's degree in any field preferably majoring in Chinese.
⭐ Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
⭐ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
⭐ Advanced leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities:
⭐ Assisting the Manager with daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
⭐ Responsible for meeting deadlines and performance in a manner that complies with the goals and plans of the company
⭐ Coordinating the workflow and making sure that all the employees are aware of the responsibilities assigned to them
⭐ Monitoring employees productivity and providing coaching and guidance.
⭐ Handling escalated issues raised by the team and coordinating with management to solve the problem.
