Position: German Customer Service Support

Salary: PHP50,000 - PHP 90,000 Gross
Schedule: Midshift ( 3:00 PM - 12: AM)
Work Setup: Hybrid ( 2 days work from Home and 3 days work onsite)

Requirements:
• Open for Foreign national who can speak German and English fluently
• Bachelor's degree holder
• Willing to work or relocate at Cebu City
• Customer Service experience is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
• Updates Excel Trackers, Log sheets when necessary
• Determines where to send research results by assigning priorities for each position
• Updates Excel Trackers, Log sheets when necessary
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
• Analyses status of the invoice (paid, due, not due or missing)
