Position: Japanese Technical Development Leader
Industry: Online Gaming
Location: Ayala, Makati
Salary: Negotiable
Working hours: Office shift with flexible hours on weekends and holidays
Job Requirements:
✔Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field, with at least 4 years of Java project development experience and 2 years of development team management experience. Independent leadership experience in handling medium to large-scale projects and architecture design for large projects or core development work.
✔Proficient in JavaEE development. Familiar with SpringBoot/SpringMVC/MyBatis and other open-source frameworks. Understand the basic principles of Spring, its operational mechanisms, and have expertise in microservices using Spring Cloud.
✔Proficient in Oracle/MySQL and other databases. Familiar with SQL syntax and tuning, as well as other non-relational databases like MongoDB and Redis.
✔Strong concurrency and JVM performance tuning skills. Experience with optimization iterations and other practical work.
✔Possess code quality management and progress tracking abilities.
✔Demonstrate learning ability, technical documentation skills, effective communication, and expression.
✔Proficient in software project development processes.
✔Fluent in Japanese communication and interaction (Japanese to Chinese or Japanese to English).
Job Responsibilities:
✔Participate in project requirements analysis, handle project architecture design, module design and development, and refactoring of core modules
✔Coach the development team and ensure timely completion of related development and testing tasks with high quality
✔Collaborate with product and operations teams to manage data collection on the platform and provide related technical support
✔Summarize project development experience, document project knowledge, and share it within the organization
✔Manage day-to-day development team tasks, including technical interviews and performance evaluations
✔Handle other tasks assigned by leader；
