Requirements of Job Application:
✅Can speak, read and write in Mandarin and English language
✅Open to high school, undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates (hospitality, travel, tourism, or related fields are preferred)
✅Relevant experience in a Customer Service environment is mandatory, at least two years is preferred.
✅A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.

✅Responsible for answering clients concerns, giving advice, handle the reservations and payments.
✅Help to assist any issues during the travel process.
✅Responsible for building a good relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
✅Make sure to set the expectations and needs of the customers and clients for travel arrangements.
