Position: German Speaking Customer Service Representative
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Rosario, Cavite
Salary: PHP 90,000 - PHP 100,000 gross
Schedule: Night Shift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x Work onsite and 2 days work from Home set up)
Requirements:
◉ Bachelor's degree holder of any course
◉ Foreign National fluent in German and English
◉ Background in CS/TSR/ IT and related field is a plus
◉ Proficient in German and English Language both verbal and written
◉ Willing to be flexible and can work onsite
Responsibilities:
◉ Conduct demo to product related issues
◉ Provide a highly professional consumer experience by collaborating with consumers through various communication channels
◉ Manage and review sales data or record
◉ Resolve consumer issues and complaints by identifying the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution
