Position: Mandarin Online Seller Support
Company Industry: Shared Services Company/Biggest Online Marketplace
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Dayshift and Mishift (2 days off per week)
Salary: Php 90,000-Php 100,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up (3x work on-site and 2x work at home)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✅Bachelor's Degree in any courses, College undergraduates and High School with or without BPO experience are welcome to apply.
✅Experience in similar BPO set-up is a big plus
✅Experience in Customer Service is a big advantage
✅Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
✅Interact with Sellers by phone and email with the objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.
✅Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation
✅Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.
✅Supports the Chinese market who wants to enter the company platform.
