Position: Mandarin - Fukien Financial Support Specialist (Dayshift)
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 55,000
Schedule: Dayshift / 2 days off per week
Work set - up: Work onsite


Requirements:

✅ Can speak, read and write in Mandarin and Fukien language.
✅ Atleast 2nd year in college
✅ Open for no work experience
✅ Amenable to work in Taguig City
✅ Preferably 55 years old below

Responsibilities:

✅ Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit card
✅ Handle credit card redemptions
✅ Assist in redemptions of gift certificate
✅ Discuss the credit card perks
✅ Discuss the payment terms and card activation
✅ Verify the account information and updates
