Position: Vietnamese HR Specialist

Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php80,000
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mon-Fri (Fixed 2 days Weekends Off)
Requirements:
✔ Native Vietnamese currently residing in the Philippines
✔ Good English communication skills
✔ With Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any Human Resource-related courses
✔ Has knowledge in using Microsoft-platform applications
✔ Amenable to work in Quezon City
✔ Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
✔ Responsible in recruitment process like job posting, resume screening, interview, job offer
✔ Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
✔ Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
✔ Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
✔ Manage on-boarding of employees and exit of employees from the company.
✔ Investigate and resolve complaints, and/or employee relations issues.
