Position: Mandarin Key Account Manager

Requirements:
✅ Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Transportation
✅ Has at least a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a multi-cultural MNC environment
✅ At least 3 years of work experience in Logistics and Forwarding Business
✅ Experience in Chinese SOE is a plus

Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain and develop assigned portfolio (Chinese Key Accounts) to reach the Budgeted assigned objectives.
✅ Make sure daily service delivery is conforming and aligned to customer’s expectation
✅ Overview of the quality/ execution of operations for this account
✅ Manage the Sales and Customer Service for the sole account across the different contracts and activities (international freight, Customs Clearance, Logistics, and land deliveries) and coordinate with the different depts for spotless execution
✅ Be the first point of escalation for all key customer inquiries
✅ Prepares and heads weekly KPI reviews across the different activities mentioned
✅ Overview of the weekly aging of SOA for this account
✅ Head new products offer
