Position : Korean Client Service Specialist
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php 80,000- Php 100,000 NET
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Must be amenable for shifting schedule)
Work Set-up: Work onsite

Requirements:
☑ Korean National present in the Philippines
☑ Open to Highschool Graduates
☑ Proficient in English language
☑ Must have at least 1 year Customer Service or Betting work experience

Responsibilities:
☑ Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of Korean customers through phone calls, emails and messages
☑ Maintain strong and lasting customer relationship
☑ Prepare required reports for the issues submitted by customers
☑ Coordinate with the Supervisor for escalation of concerns or feedback
