Position: Korean Customer Support Associate

Salary: Php 100, 000 - Php 120,000 Monthly Gross
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Requirements:
✅ Korean National who can speak English Language
✅ Customer service background is an advantage
✅ Willing to work on shifting schedule
✅ Willing to be assigned in Makati City
✅ Can start working as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
✅ Assisting Korean clients’ concerns through calls, chats and emails
✅ Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
✅ Establish companies new market
✅ Participate in developing strategies for company’s progress
✅ Other tasks assigned by the Department head/Team Lead
