JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or psychology
✨ With 2 years working experience in HR field
✨ With work experience in construction company
✨ Can start immediately is an advantage
✨ Amendable to attend face-to-face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Responsible for payroll computation and compensation and benefits
✨ Handles the recruitment and selection process
✨ Manage and maintain records of new hires, transfer, termination, and changes in job classifications
✨ Responsible for updating and creating HR policies and employee handbooks
✨ Manage the resignation process and employee concerns
