Position: Mandarin Customer Relations Officer
Type of job: Emails and Calls
Location: Quezon City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off

Responsibilities:
✅Handling a large number of sales calls and chat inquiries in a professional manner.
✅Assist Customers Online and Support Live Chat.
✅A positive and optimistic work attitude, excellent work plan, and self-management ability can work under pressure and love sales work.
✅Responsible for increasing the number of new accounts.
✅Responsible for meeting sales targets. Meet personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas through upselling.
✅Effectively handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits and follow up to ensure resolution - escalate when required.
✅Responsible for conducting cold calls and disseminating product information to potential clients.

Requirements:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅Open to Graduates and Undergraduates who completed at least 2 years in college.
✅Experience in sales is an advantage but not required.
✅Experience in the Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage but not required.
✅Experience in Customer service is an advantage but not required.
