Position: Portuguese Technical Support Specialist

Work Location: Eton, Quezon City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Proficient in Portuguese and English Language
➤Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤At least 1 year of experience in Tech experience is Required
➤Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
➤Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤Amenable to start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Responsible for answering customer complaints by giving them the best customer service
➤Installing and configuring hardware and software
➤Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
➤Resolving network issues
➤Perform other related tasks needed
