Position: French Customer Support Product Associate
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work set-up: Onsite during training period and WFH eventually

Requirements:
❍ Proficient in French language both verbal and written
❍ Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
❍ At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
❍ With Customer Service or Sales background is an advantage
❍ Working knowledge/experience with technical applications is a plus
❍ Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
❍ Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
❍ Knowledgeable in computer applications

Responsibilities:
❍ Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, chat and social media regarding orders and request
❍ Manage resolution to customers experiencing common technical issues
❍ Make Interpretation when needed
❍ Attend to final testing of the new surveys and data analysis
❍ Perform other related tasks
