Position: Mandarin Recruitment Manager
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70, 000 - Php 100, 000
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Dayshift (9 AM - 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off

Requirements:
☑️ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
☑️ Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business Administration, Human Resource or any related field.
☑️ With excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
☑️ With strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
☑️ Create and implement thorough plans for recruitment to address the changing demands of the organization.
☑️ Collaborating with department leaders to meet current hiring needs and plan for future staffing requirements.
☑️ Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates
☑️ Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process.
☑️ Improve the company's brand by creating attractive recruitment marketing materials.
☑️ Tracking recruitment processes, such as hiring speed, time taken to fill positions, and candidate characteristics, in order to make informed decisions and pinpoint areas needing enhancement.
