REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️ Proficient in Mandarin and English.
☑️ Graduate in Business Management course or in any related field.
☑️ At least 1 year experience in doing Admin-related tasks.
☑️ Ability to translate documents in English and Mandarin.
☑️ Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️ Translate documents to English and Mandarin.
☑️ Schedule meetings/event and takes detailed notes.
☑️ Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
☑️ Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
☑️ Additional tasks will be given by the immediate supervisor.
