Position: Mandarin Talent Acquisition Specialist
Type of Job: Back Office Job
Industries: I-Gaming Industry
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00-6:00pm)
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
⭐️ Proficient in Mandarin and English
⭐️ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
⭐️ Ability to evaluate candidates based on behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
⭐️ At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required.
⭐️ Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
⭐️ Conducts initial interview and prepares interview impressions
⭐️ Endorses shortlisted applicants for next level / final interview
⭐️ Handles end to end recruitment and timely fulfillment of the company's manpower needs based on qualifications
⭐️ Creating and posting job openings on various online job boards and the company's website.
⭐️ Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with potential candidates to effectively generate leads through external resources
⭐️ Conduct new employee orientations and ensure comprehensive coverage of our employee handbook to effectively onboard new hires.
⭐️ Handle any additional tasks relevant to the role.
