Position: Mandarin Client Service Support (Helpdesk)
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, 9 AM to 6 PM

Salary: Php 70,000
Work set-up: Work On-Site

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅ Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
✅ Required skill(s): MS Office.
✅ Open to at least with 6 months related work experience.
✅ Knowledge in MS Office; Word, Excel.
✅ Amenable to work in Taguig.

Responsibilities:
✅ Respond to client service requests in a timely manner
✅ Endorse service request to the frontline team
✅ Monitor closure of service request
✅ Monitor requestor feedback and closure of service request
✅ Service request analysis and reporting to the line manager
✅ Sending of announcements related to admin and other administrative works
