They are now partnered with the Biggest Online Booking Application that is well-known in Australia and other countries.
Position: Mandarin Reservation Specialist
Account: Australian Biggest Online Booking Application
Type of job: Email and Calls job
Location: Mandaluyong City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off
Industry: Shared Services Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000 Gross
Work Set-up: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
✅Handle and Manage Bookings
✅Responsible for responding to business Phone and Email requests
✅Quick to resolve and provide alternative solutions for misplaced/denied bookings
✅Identify and solve system errors and promote online system
✅Coordinate with hotels and suppliers
Requirements:
✅Open for Foreign Nationals and any nationalities located here in PH
✅Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, English, and Tagalog language
✅Open for Bachelor’s Degree and Undergraduates
✅Background in a related area is preferred but not required
✅Knowledgeable in Computer applications
