Position: Mandarin Game Coordinator Support
Location: BGC/Clark, Pampanga
Salary: Negotiable
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends Off (9 AM- 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off

Requirements:
☑️ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
☑️ Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course.
☑️ With excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
☑️ With strong organisational and multitasking skills.
☑️ Experience in game operation or related Gaming industry is an advantage (but not required)

Responsibilities:
☑️ Monitor and facilitate communication among the product team, Studio, and IT department.
☑️ Supporting the completion of short-term tasks and providing updates on product and operational activities at the physical location.
☑️ Assisting in setting up, connecting, and using the on-site IT and studio.
☑️ Responsible for facilitating communication between on-site and QA.

☑️ Helping in testing systems or equipment.
