Position: Mandarin - Fukien Financial Support Specialist (Dayshift)
Type of job: Email and Calls job
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule with 2 days off

Work set-up: Work onsite

Responsibilities:
✅ Responsible for any Bank related matters
✅ Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit card
✅ Handle credit card redemptions
✅ Assist in redemptions of the gift certificate
✅ Discuss the credit card perks
✅ Discuss the payment terms and card activation
✅ Verify the account information and updates

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and Fukien language.
✅ At least 2nd year in college
✅ Open for no work experience
✅ Amenable to work in Taguig City
